1)Planet gears drum transmission structure , through the coupling
make the drum turn directly . It’s easy to replace the rejected wire rope or
change the wire rope rotation direction .
2)Wire rope fixing , adding
one PT screw on the drum , make it more safe , which ensure no escape of
wire rope from the drum .
3)Electromagnetic brake system ,with
wearable brake slice , simple structure , no need to adjust the clearance .
4)Gear box , be made of ductile cast iron FCD-45 steel , durable and
nonbreakable .
5)Special motor , use insulated B motor , especially
used for electric winch , with big start torque , small inertia , lower
temperature rise , which make electric winches work frequently for long time
.
6)Driving gear, be made of high -quality steel , with heat treatment
and high precision process . It’s wearable , low noise , high driving
efficiency and good performance .
7)Standard channel steel welded body
